Student Accounts Calendar

 

Early August
Fall Semester: Tuition & fees are billed during the first week of August. Institutional aid is also posted at this time. The first e-bills of the academic year are sent out via email to students and parents. Please make sure the Records Office has the correct email address for the parent(s).
Late August
Federal regulations require that we disburse federal grants and loans no sooner than 10 days before the first day of classes. We will begin posting federal funds to the student accounts 10 days before classes start, and then send a second round of e-bills out.
August 29
Fall payment deadline. Unpaid balances at the end of each month will incur a charge at the monthly rate of 0.792% (9.5% APR).
December 10
Payment deadline: **All Fall semester balances must be paid at this time in order to view final grades and return for classes in the Spring. **
Early January
Spring Semester: Tuition and fees are billed. Financial aid will post.
January 30
Spring payment deadline. Unpaid balances at the end of each month will incur a charge at the monthly rate of 0.792% (9.5% APR).
March 16
Room & Schedule deposit for Fall 2026 due.
Deposit required before pre-registration.
April 28
Payment deadline. **All Spring semester balances must be paid at this time in order to view final grades and return for classes in the Fall.
