After I File a Title IX Complaint, What Should I Expect Next?
During this process, “CdzԲԳ” refers to an individual who is alleged to be the victim of conduct that could constitute sexual harassment, or the individual who is identified as the subject of Prohibited Conduct. DzԻԳ” refers to an individual who has been reported to be the perpetrator of conduct that could constitute sexual harassment, or the individual alleged to have engaged in Prohibited Conduct.
After a report is made, a member of the Title IX Team will reach out to the Complainant to set up meetings to begin the process. Supportive Measures will be put into place between the Complainant and Respondent.
Supportive Measures can include but are not limited to:

Imposition of campus “No-Contact Order”;

Rescheduling of exams and assignments;
 - 
                        
                        
Providing alternative course completion options or change in class schedule;
 - 
                        
                        
Change in work schedule or job assignment;
 - 
                        
                        
Change in on-campus housing;
 - 
                        
                        
Limit an individual or organization’s access to certain College facilities or activities pending resolution of the matter;
 - 
                        
                        
Increased security and monitoring
 - 
                        
                        
Leave of Absence for employees
